This may include the debiting and crediting of your financial or bank accounts as the case may be. You also agree to receive your records with us electronically through the email addresses you registered on our platform and the phone numbers submitted. You also agree that it is your duty to certify the minimum standards necessary to ensure that the information you receive through your network infrastructure is secure.
It is within your right to terminate your relationship with us by communicating to us through our official email at info@visamoneysaver.com or through our office address at Plot 15, A.E. Ekukinam Street, Utako, Abuja. We may stop, close, terminate or suspend your account with us based on our discretion without any express notice to you especially when we believe there has been a breach of the terms and conditions guiding the usage of our services.
The services herein may be terminated by either party subject to the maturity of the various plans – The penalty applicable due to premature termination of any plan is five percent (5%) of the amount you are withdrawing. Your disbursement request can only be treated if you have above Two Thousand, Five Hundred Naira Only (N2,500.00) credit balance in any of our products.
It is within our right to alter, change or amend any or part of our terms and conditions. Once this is done, we will communicate you through the communication channel you have registered in our website and may also post it on our website and these changes and conditions will immediately apply. We also reserve the right to communicate to you in any other form we deem fit that will ensure that our communication is passed through. These may include paper and telephone or sms communication.
By using our service, you have agreed to our terms and conditions. This means that all the personal information you provided were done willingly and in good faith. You guarantee that they are correct and accurate. Any changes or update to any information must be communicated to us and acknowledgement must be received from us informing you that it is approved or declined as the case may be.

This may include other financial institutions, regulatory bodies, credit bureaus and other players that will further our relationship positively.
